不爱吃蔬菜也要吃一些

最近比较爱吃菜，可是蔬菜煮起来每次都觉得看起来很单调，

于是 想了想，索性把几种蔬菜结合起来，这样颜色看起来比较鲜艳

让不爱吃蔬菜的人，看在摆盘的份上把它给吃光光。

怎么煮？

我先把豆腐平均切成7片，撒上一些盐

在豆腐上轻轻划上几刀，然后放进锅里煎。

我只放了很少量的橄榄油。

把豆腐的两面煎成金黄色后就可以小心的摆在盘子上。

 同样的把已经切片的番茄和茄子都放进去稍微煎过。

茄子我加了少许的水把它闷熟

之后就可以一层一层的慢慢往上叠。

先放番茄，然后茄子，然后Cheese

最后加点盐和一些调味料。

就这样。。。。
