不爱吃蔬菜也要吃一些

最近比较爱吃菜，可是蔬菜煮起来每次都觉得看起来很单调，

于是 想了想，索性把几种蔬菜结合起来，这样颜色看起来比较鲜艳

让不爱吃蔬菜的人，看在摆盘的份上把它给吃光光。

怎么煮？

我先把豆腐平均切成7片，撒上一些盐

在豆腐上轻轻划上几刀，然后放进锅里煎。

我只放了很少量的橄榄油。

把豆腐的两面煎成金黄色后就可以小心的摆在盘子上。

 同样的把已经切片的番茄和茄子都放进去稍微煎过。

茄子我加了少许的水把它闷熟

之后就可以一层一层的慢慢往上叠。

先放番茄，然后茄子，然后Cheese

最后加点盐和一些调味料。

就这样。。。。

That afternoon, both of us were free, so we decided to give it a try on me to see if there is any sparkle after make up.

一个认识了很多年的老朋友- C.Y weiwei  是个专业的化妆师，

那天趁着大家都有时间，便想说来试试看化妆划出不一样的我。

开始戴上假发前先来一张

 tie my hair up,put on the hairnet 

先把我的长发盘起来，然后带上发网

touch up

I was thinking : how to walk down further without torchlight? 

have to continue anyway coz this is the only way out.

人生总是在寻找出路，所以只要前面有一条路，再暗也要继续往前走。

这是在仙洞的最外边拍的。。。

其实这个阶梯很暗，也很垂直。因为有水滴下来，所以导致上下阶梯时需要特别小心。

好多的阶梯啊。。。不过方便了游客呢。
